What we collect
Only the details you choose to send through our contact form:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you give it
- the service you're interested in, and your message
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to arrange and deliver our services. We won't use them for marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives the contact form when you send it and emails your request to our inbox. Netlify handles your details only on our behalf.
We may also share information when the law requires us to.
Where your information is stored
Netlify stores form submissions on servers outside Ghana, mainly in the United States. Your request then arrives in our own email inbox. Netlify commits to keeping the data it holds secure and confidential.
How long we keep it
We keep website requests for 12 months, then delete them from our form system and our inbox. We check and clear old requests every month.
If you become a client, we keep your records for the length of the engagement plus any period the law requires.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information, or stop using it
Email info@lcsmanagementconsult.com to make a request. You can also complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
